J\u2019avais 14 ans, je vivais une p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s difficile car quelqu\u2019un de tr\u00e8s proche de moi avait eu un accident et on ne savait pas vraiment s\u2019il allait survivre. Je n\u2019arrivais pas \u00e0 suivre les cours et j\u2019ai voulu rentrer chez moi ce qui, ce jour-l\u00e0 n\u2019\u00e9tait pas possible. Je suis donc all\u00e9e au cours de chant l\u2019\u00e2me en peine, j\u2019ai chant\u00e9 et j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 quelques heures apr\u00e8s, \u00e0 quel point cette s\u00e9ance m\u2019avait all\u00e9g\u00e9 le c\u0153ur et d\u00e9tendue les tensions.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Que se passe-t-il dans le corps quand on chante\u00a0?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chanter met en action de nombreux m\u00e9canismes dans le corps qui peuvent contribuer au bien-\u00eatre. Les vibrations produites par la voix se propagent dans l\u2019ensemble du squelette et les organes favorisant la circulation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, contribuant \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration des tensions \u00e9motionnelles. Mais ce n\u2019est pas tout. <a href=\"https:\/\/unizic.com\/en\/pourquoi-respiration-importante-pratique-chant\/\">Les exercices de respirations<\/a> sont bien connus par les sophrologues et yogis pour favoriser la d\u00e9tente. Lorsque l\u2019on chante, on r\u00e9gule le souffle en maitrisant la circulation de l\u2019air, en ce sens on d\u00e9veloppe notre capacit\u00e9 de relaxation. Une respiration all\u00e9g\u00e9e permet un mental apais\u00e9. Par ailleurs, chanter \u00e0 plusieurs peut augmenter la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019endorphines dans le corps gr\u00e2ce l\u2019effet vibratoire du groupe. Ainsi, plus la chorale serait grande, plus grand serait le plaisir. Chanter en chorale augmenterait \u00e9galement le sentiment d\u2019appartenance, lui-m\u00eame responsable d\u2019un sentiment de bien-\u00eatre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Bienfaits du chant pour le psychisme<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outre ses vertus pour le corps, le chant a de nombreux atouts d\u2019ordre psycho-\u00e9motionnels voire sociaux. Tout comme <a href=\"https:\/\/unizic.com\/en\/temps-pratique-musicale\/\">la pratique musicale<\/a> en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la pratique du chant invite le chanteur \u00e0 s\u2019ancrer dans le moment pr\u00e9sent. Il d\u00e9veloppe la confiance en soi par l\u2019apprentissage de la prise de risque en public par exemple. Une fois le trac d\u00e9pass\u00e9, seul l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent compte et les soucis sont rel\u00e9gu\u00e9s au second plan apportant du r\u00e9confort et agissant sur les m\u00e9canismes de stress et anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le chant peut contribuer \u00e0 d\u00e9passer ses peurs et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler certains blocages dans nos vies comme le manque d\u2019estime de soi, la timidit\u00e9, les projections etc. Chanter est \u00e9galement un excellent moyen d\u2019expression. D\u2019ailleurs certaines traditions l\u2019utilisent consciemment pour permettre d\u2019ext\u00e9rioriser des v\u00e9cus difficiles ou des peines de c\u0153ur. Je pense notamment au flamenco en Andalousie ou au fado au Portugal. Loin d\u2019\u00eatre exhaustives, ces deux formes chant\u00e9es constituent le symbole m\u00eame de l\u2019expression des passions humaines contribuant \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr \u00e0 apaiser les \u00e2mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Chanter ralentit le vieillissement des neurones<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si le chant est bon pour la sant\u00e9, il l\u2019est surtout pour le cerveau. Depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, les \u00e9tudes en neurobiologie montrent que la musicoth\u00e9rapie, et plus particuli\u00e8rement le chant s\u2019av\u00e8re avoir de nombreux bienfaits sur les maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives comme Alzheimer.\u00a0 En effet, chanter permet de stimuler les capacit\u00e9s m\u00e9morielles des patients ainsi que les facult\u00e9s psychomotrices. On remarque par exemple que certains d\u2019entre eux parviennent \u00e0 chanter une chanson du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin par c\u0153ur alors qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient incapables de retenir de nouvelles informations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chanter sollicite les deux h\u00e9misph\u00e8res du cerveau mobilisant les circuits de la m\u00e9moire, du langage et de la r\u00e9compense, notamment en s\u00e9cr\u00e9tant de la dopamine. Certains praticiens proposent des th\u00e9rapies centr\u00e9es sur le chant mais je peux vous garantir que la simple pratique individuelle peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 vous faire beaucoup de bien.
